Jacksonville Man?s Bail set at $550,000.00 for 4th DUI

James Chadwick, 32, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol and charged with DUI this month for what appears to be his 4th DUI charge. In addition to the DUI charge, Chadwick is also charged with DUI manslaughter for the death of a 19 year old woman after his vehicle left his lane of travel, crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle head on last June. Chadwick?s blood alcohol content was determined to be .130 on the night of the accident. He was not arrested until this we
