Father Claims Wrongful Death in Fatal DUI Crash

The father of a 20 year old man killed in a Christmas Day crash has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the man charged with DUI in the crash. Brian Prendergast the father of Justin Prendergast filed the suit against Branko Curcic and his parents for the Dec. 25, 2007 crash.  This lawsuit was filed in the Cook County Circuit Courts.
