Florida Highway Patrol Initiates Operation C.A.R.E. ~ Combined Accident Reduction Effort aims to save lives ~TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Col. John Czernis, director of the Florida Highway Patrol, announced today the commencement of a statewide traffic enforcement initiative entitled Operation C.A.R.E.
